The axel was fucking up for the past week or 2 now, spinning inside the truck, and now today it fell out when messing with wheels.
When I tried putting it back in, it completely fucked up and snapped.....

Pissed the fuck off.

the gaurantee is just bullshit with them. I had a wheel stuck on the axle and they said well to bad cause its not a winkler. After 4 hours of tedious bullshit procedures cause I didnt want to be t rough and break my hanger I finally got it off 3 days ago when I got some winklers in a trade, on the same axle there is a winkler stuck on in the same place so obviously there is a problem with my axle like a bump in it or something. They wont do shit though, fucking money hungry they didnt even want to hear shit cause I didnt buy the wheels they wanted me to buy to make them more money. 65 dollars gets you fuck all with them

probly not in 32mm, they want you to buy a whole new set so they make more money. You can email and ask them and in two weeks when you get a reply telling you to bad, make sure to give them some negative feedback its about time they take some backlash for this shit.

yea you have to email them they will redirect it to the "complaint department" making it all seem very corporate and then some darrin or damien or something that starts with a d will tell you how fucked you are. He will say well you should not have tried to fix anything yourself sorry your only option is to buy new trucks. They take no blame for something being wrong in the first place and just push all the blame they can on you. I love there trucks and they look amazing and are a great product but the bullshit you go through behind the scnese with these trucks really dont make it worth 65 dollers plus shippin for them. I wish more people would realize it so they werent always selling them and they saw that they needed to make a price adjustment.

i had axle slip on my a set of 32mm brt so i emailed blackriver i they answered in like one day sent pics to them then they sent out two new hangers i recieved them in 7days no problems withe blackriver from me

This has happend to me once, they sent me a hanger for free after I sent pictures. One of my baseplates also stripped, and they sent me two for free :O

they'll sort this all out if you email them, if you said it just fucked up they'd most likely send you a new one, but if not I'm sure they'd sell you a new hanger for 10 euros (£8.50).

I think it's just a shame that a few of the customer service people there are absolutely useless, where as the rest are lovely helpful people. once I asked for a size chart for the tshirts and all I got back was 'they are normal sizes'. THANKS THAT ANSWERED MY QUESTION PERFECTLY
