| ok so i know Y's and brt's done have king pins that stick out the bottom, so its acceptable for yellow wood and im gunna say berlinwood to take them out (as it pushes people to use their brand trucks) but when all the other companies follow (which they do) it is making it hard for kids who cant afford y's or br's to fit their shit! im all for realism but kp holes are needed haha,
Discuss below i want to hear other opinions |

Simply because if you can afford to spend $2 on a TD you're set lol. The new TD trucks don't have kingpins sticking out the bottom.

Homewood still gives you the option to add kingpin holes! I love customization!

I think people stopped doing them because the new tech deck trucks don't have the kingpins sticking out anymore.

You can knock them out, they are just countersunk into the baseplate.

Yep, TD/China trucks don't have the kingpins stuck out any more. Some China trucks may do but the problem is in the past now. You could also drill your own kingpin holes, it shouldn't be too difficult. A lot of companies will probably also let you customise your order with kingpin holes.

china trucks, as everyone has said. £2 from fingersized, a few dollars from flatface, etc. all cheap, all with flush kingpins. kingpin holes are a thing of the past, thankfully

I still have sticking out kingping td bases haha I didn't know this either tbh I had to mount some td bases on my deck the other day and I couldn't, I had to use the ytrucks base to make a kingpin hole

Still annoying though, when you put a kingpin in td trucks it sticks out, my g13 luckily has a kingpin hole.
