Not to ruin anyones chance of a @ but i honestly don't see the need for this.
When Ryan and I were promoted to chatmods long ago it made a bit of sense, cause we were way more active than most mods on the chatbox. But we also quickly realized that there was barely any job to do on there, cause people on the forum behave pretty nice as it is.
Promoting more people will only make it harder to moderate since more people will be "immune" to kick/ban. Chances are that this would never be relevant though, but out of the people suggested in this thread i have had to kick/ban 3 of them, more than once.
