| Since some people where interested, I figured I'd show some progress of the park. So far so good, but I did have a few hangups... This was the first draft and after all these cardboard quarters where cut out with scissors, I decided not to use this layout. and started over a couples days later. Second try..... Materials: Liquid nail. Craft glue. toothpics to hold foam together while glue sets Filler styrofoam/wood. 4 cans of "great stuff" or "touch and foam" (maxfill) <--Eco friendly stuff I used, takes longer to fully harden/expand. cardboard. to keep foam/concrete from running off the edge. long "breakaway razor" or box cutter. bag of concrete. 2 sheets of mini tiles Oil painting trowel... (for the small concrete shaping). Here's a pic showing the cardboard walls I put up so I could build up my spray foam. Sorry pic will not rotate for some reason... :/ And a drainage ditch type deal. (pic of it not carved out yet.) Wall and bricks being fitted. Notice the blue top? Cup holder for a pint glass.. sewer drain ditch carved out a little better. Overview of the park. sorry not the best pic but my lighting is way off... Tomorrow I will touch up some spots/details, re wall the edges, wrap in mesh and get ready to spread some concrete... |

| Thanks guys, Bakko sorry to pm ya about a thread, lol.
Anyways I'm going to try and add as much detail as possible grass in the cracks ect., without going overboard.
Wish I could have found little red bricks somewhere locally but, no luck, If I really feel the need to I'll make/order em later on. |

| No worries, its all good! You could use the bricks that Blackriver Ramps use for their new custom ledges only sold at the local shops. They are only 19 Euros for a pack of 80pcs and even come on a small euro pallet..lol! But you get them in packs of 200pcs for 42 Euros and so on too. So it is pretty cheap stuff.. |

| Thanks for the kind words guys!
I have to say I'm alittle disappointed with my concrete choice, but I made it work and now I have alot of sanding to do... It isnt exactly what i was going for, but, I will be able to make it work...Can't stop looking at and want it to finish the actual concrete bad so i can work on details. Bakko I didnt read your post well enough, I didnt realize they came on a pallet, that's so sick!!!
I need to get some sleep so ill post pics :here: tomorrow.
::::::List of things I need but dont have ATM: decoupage clear coat . or . epoxy resin clear.::: ::things to do::: sand/refinish surface. top coat.? paint grass, detail, ect.

Really look forward to seeing this completed! Yeah, this stuff works awesome and you use way less glue this way. Plus, Its sandable, and more durable than any styrofoam I had on hand once cured. Makes dioramas look sweet with the right touch. Thanks guys. "Hells teeth" lol |
