Help with my BRT's Empty
PostSubject: Help with my BRT's   Help with my BRT's EmptySun Apr 28, 2013 3:19 pm

So I've had my BRT's for about a month and had the same set of wheels on it the hole time. Now today I wanted to switch it out for my FF G6's but the axel part where the wheel and nuts go on spins around on both sides so I can't screw in the nuts. Also with little force it slides back and forth and I can even remove it.

Can someone give me some advice on what I should do? Should I try to fix it somehow? With glue or something? Or should I try to get a replacement by saying I have a defective item?

G6's don't work well with Blackriver trucks.
However since both sides are spinning, use two tools, one on each side. This is not defective, its just a stupid problem blackriver should fix happy

No. NO. NEVER take out your axel unless it needs replacing, which your problem does not need.

I've actually glued back a screw..... worked ok, and I could screw it back out if I wanted to. Also, don't take it out unless you really need to. Maybe put some tape on the rigid part of some pliers, so it won't scratch up the axle, then clamp it, and screw the nut out. Just a suggestion, don't actually try it, unless you are sure you really want to risk messing up your twuks. tongue
