So basically I'm looking at how to get good content without good tricks and fisheyes and stuff. Also this includes not having a tripod and other things like that.Normally this would go on how to but I want to see how you guys film good fingerboarding/skateboarding.

Point camera in general direction of trick, then press record!

use a camera
EDIT: I feel like a prick for not actually contributing anything so I'll just say that good lighting can make a bad video good and a good video better.

You need good, clean or creative tricks such as freestyle stuff. Any camera will do, any lenses will do as long as you have good lighting and angles. Also try to focus your camera on the obstacle AND deck as you do the trick. This is ok to break as your creativity calls for it, like in Taylor R's Grand Illusion III where it focused only when he landed on the quarter but generally try to follow this. Also have fun fingerboarding cause it won't be fun to watch if you are not having fun.

Make sure you don't have music playing in the background unless the videos going to be raw.

A lot of the times i flip around the screen and keep it pointed in the general direction of the board with my other hand so i can move along and film lines. I look over at the screen when I'm not doing tricks to make sure I'm filming right it works well since i have a fisheye lens.
