Over time if your riding a real ware graphic deck obviously the graphic will eventually start to ware at first I thought it looked horrible and I would lacquer all my graphics but know I respect how they look when they ware because I like how they look more realistic! What's your opinion thrashed or not?

When I got my berlinwood I honestly just wanted to get the graphic off as soon as possible because I didn't like having to wait, and wonder when it would wear. I think they're cool, but idk if they're my thing.

I really like real ware graphics because of the realism and that you can tell its been ridden (unless you purposely ware it) but i also really like a permanent graphic because if you have a graphic you like a lot you can enjoy it for longer.

I like it having thrashed. It shows the personality of the deck and user. I prefer tailslides so my tail is thrashed the most.

Here are the pros and cons of thrashed decks: Pros: Show riders style, as Mallory said. Gives the board soul, as Mikkel said, "every scratch there's a trick." It resembles skateboarding more.
Cons: If you are paying for a graphic, I would like to be able to always see that graphic. If you would want to sell or trade it, you will have to settle for less because it's scratched up.
That's really all I can think of

I'm not too bothered about graphics, I have a no comply graphic however and that shit won't wear no matter how hard I try. I've literally been boardsliding concrete with it to try and get it to wear... nothing, lmfao. I never use the deck anyway though, so it just sits in my collection aha.
I love the look of a generally thrashed deck though, my blosom 30.5 is scratched and chipped to fuck, it's such a beauty though.

I don't think my Sliver Gang will ever wear. It's cool though b/c the graphic is kinda fucking dope.

I think its cool when the scratches go horizontal but look weird when the scratches are vertical.

For me it depends, sometimes I want the graphic to stay, other times I'm seshing the hell out of it just for it to wear off.

I like realistic wear and I like thrashed decks. I have some thrashed decks in my collection that are amazing. I mostly thrashed TD back in the day. I used a Matt Mumford zero for about 4 years until most of the graphic was worn away.

It depends, I love wearing on real skateboard decks, but IDK on fingerboards.... some decks I enjoy messing up the graphic for an authentic look, but if it's a really really really REALLY sick graphic then I'll tape it or something.
