I ordered my Lowpro deck about a month and a half ago. I have talked to André and he did say it was shipped. But i'm slowly loosing hope, any ideas. It sucks because I have my new trucks and wheels and I really want to set it all up.

Just keep on trying to message him.

maybe it happen to me from low pro had to file dispute against my credit card I'm glad there out of business ??

Sorry but this isn't something to just accuse people of. Talk to him again and see what's up then go from there.

And since they are out of business, they might not be able to send you another if need be.

I'm sure you're not the only one to have bought one. Shoot him another email and see what's what. Just cause they're out of business doesn't mean he can't make things right if needed.

Ya i'm sure he doesn't want LowPro to end end on a bad note. Maybe he had so many orders closing weekend that he is still working on shipping everything. You never know. And just because he isn't selling LowPro's publicly anymore, might not mean he fully closed shop. I'm sure he still has most of the resources to make fingerboards. So if he really needed to, he could most likely get you a deck one way or another.

Lowpro is (was) too legit to scam anyone, you'll get your deck eventually, just be patient.

I doubt it. The general consensus seems to be that he wasn't a douche and actually cares about people.

Yup he ripped me off. He won't answer my emails, I've sent him about 6 emails no reply nothing. Nothing in the mail it's been 2 months now. Can believe he just took my 50$ what a douche. Just a Huge dissapointment

Andre would never do something like that! don't forget that your package got send with Portuguese post, which is really slow. I also had to wait for 2 months for my package to arrive. So, please don't accuse him for benig a scammer and douche!

Which email address are you trying to contact? Because if it's a Lowpro email address I assume he doesn't use it anymore.
There's a chance it got lost in the mail in which case it isn't Andre's fault, so don't make assumptions that he's scammed you. Nobody else has had this problem so it's most likely lost in the mail. Sorry but I don't think Andre needs your $50/€36 desperately enough to ruin the reputation of what Lowpro was.

I have to agree with Danny here. Post is unreliable, international even more so, when you don't have tracking things can get lost, they can also get found again so do be patient. I've been in the same position where it's easy to think somebody has took your money and ran, only to come home one day and it's sitting in your mailbox a month or two later than expected. I seriously see no reason why he wouldn't send you your deck. He said he did and I'd trust that.


I'd also change the title of this thread, if you had done a deal with somebody and sent them their package but it hadn't arrived yet and they made a thread that said you ripped them off, how would you feel ? 

You have no proof he "ripped you off".
