I ordered a few pairs of wheels a month or longer ago and they have not responded to seeming thousands of email. Does anyone know how to get ahold of this oak wheels guy. He has stole $80 from me I just want to know if anyone knows him and how the heck can I get my wheels. So disappointed in his shisty business practices.

Oak wheels are completely legit man, put packages have always been known to sometimes take a while to arrive from Portugal. The same thing happens with packages from Yellowood sometimes, you hear a lot of stories of people who wait 6 weeks+ for packages to arrive. Since it's being sent during the christmas period too, you have to take that into account that international postage will take a fair bit longer.

I'd give it a few more weeks, and then maybe try and contact them on facebook (I'm sure they have a facebook page, right?) or via emails again.

Yeah, totally legit. Oak even bothered to let people know that things would be extra slow around the holidays by posting this picture on their facebook..



And I am pretty sure they are familiar with tons of emails from ecstatic fingerboarders writing them every single day about their order until its at their doorstep. So expect some time before you get a reply. Also what Danny mentions, it may take a while shipping from Portugal to wherever sometimes..

I am not a child. Their email system seems to be down cause now the emails get returned. They never delivered $80 worth of product and I have no way of contacting. Do you have the Facebook link?

Like Bakko said, patience is key. No one has control over shipping, and even the Facebook post explains that there would be no shipping for three weeks.

Just wait dude, no one has control over shipping besides the postal service. And make sure you wrangle together all your facts before you accuse a company of scamming you.

He should be patient but if Oak is just ignoring him for over a month there's definitely a problem. I would suggest posting on Facebook because social media seems to be the only way to get anybodies attention these days.

I got a shipping number 3 weeks after I ordered then waited another month and longer till here I am now asking you friendly people. I think he spaced it like that so that I can't dispute the charge easily through PayPal. Anyone know what his paypal email is? So I can find the transaction please and thanks

I've ordered from yellowood and it took a month. All drugs are decriminalized in Portugal, it takes a very long time for little packages like that to get through customs. The US is really strict about that shit, wheels can easily be mistaken for pills. I'm probably wrong though, I think you should have the answers, I thought you were smarter than all of us?

^^^yerp. It's funny way dudes in here show support. Thanks for the tip about the gmail jazzyjeff. I tried that with some simple language stating he had people backing him up and that I wanted to give him the chance to rectify the situation with a SIMPLE response. And for the record I am very smart and that's because i ask questions;)
