| If you have a hard time popping with your index finger, you might wanna try nollie first, as they transfer more of your rolling energy to the pop. |

| nollie you get the forward momentum to pop switch is easier to flip but harder to pop in my opinion |

| i think that nollie is also more easier because it is like you have to make more energy to flip switch tricks when you do them |
