My kickflips spin like thousands of times the board goes verticle i need help with control

If your board is spinning vertically then you applied the kick of the kickflip too early so you need to level your board out more before getting it spinning. Try moving your finger more towards the nose when you're setting up to pop.

You're aiming to not be moving your wrist much at all, achieving the rotation with a small flick of your front finger, not by moving your whole hand (although that does work, it looks messy and is harder to catch).

Like most trick,s you can practice off a kicker or on your leg so you don't have to worry so much about getting the pop side of things and can concentrate on how to make it spin in a controlled way in the air (and catching, but worry about that later)

put your finger higher up the board , and try and follow and catch before landing
