This isn't really a quick question, because I need to show big pictures, so mods tell me if I need to move this into the quick questions thread Okay so I put my substances on my weca setup, but one of the wheels is like cnc'd cross grained or something. I don't know how to describe it, which is why I took pictures.. You can see horizontal lines going across the wheel. Normally I wouldn't be bothered by this, but you can feel and hear the effect of these line things while rolling. It's only like this on one wheel. I'm not really complaining, I'm just curious about this. All the other wheels look like this: Does anyone know why this is? They are still awesome wheels, but this is just making me curious.

Looks like the bigger problem is the crooked wheel imo

My Substance Flaked Edition have that aswell, only on one wheel. It's probably a manufacturing error from the lathe. It just makes a little noise, nothing to worry about IMO.

Yeah, thanks for clearing that up. Wasn't sure if it was a normal thing with substances or not. |

I would imagine if it was made with a cnc lathe that it was the last wheel made in the batch. The mill possibly moved back since it was done machining which would make the horizontal lines.
