Usually like to throw on whatever album I'm feelin that day. Lately I've been playing the Dr. Octagonecologyst album by Kool Keith. Shit's outta this world.

I believe that music can do a lot to improve flow and focus.
For me it's about finding the perfect balance between a solid beat and a trancy athmosphere.
This has worked great for me.
