Hi all, glad that i'm the only one receiving shit service from Trent, so lets get on with this review of a product that I ordered October 17th or 18th, THAT HASN'T EVEN COME IN YET. I've been patient, and I've given him the benefit of the doubt but now its been OVER A MONTH and I have yet to hear back from Trent, or get my package. So, now I have no other option but to call him out publicly, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BRUTAL FINGERBOARDS, if you like zero communication with the person you've sent your money to, and minimal chance of receiving your deck then go right ahead.

part of buying products is doing research before hand. If you did your research before hand, you would have known he is super slow at times. Not trying to be bashful here but I've seen at least 3 of these type threads over the past couple months just on this site alone.

His decks are a work of art and can't just be made quickly.

I did research, he even told me he sent them out, its all so sketchy, even the fact that he is straight up ignoring my emails, so there might be some things filed here on paypal soon if i font get my stuff in by te end of next month. I've been super patient with the dude.

Well I don't know what the hell is with the shipping from Trent but I'm sure you'll get it in 2050? I did a trade with Trent and that went sour but apparently USPS lost the stuff he sent me.

yeah this is super annoying, and I think the worst part about it all is the lack of communication, yeah you're "hesh" or whatever but don't you think if you're running a business you should at least try and offer customer support and actually ship your products
