| How is this for totally fucked up... I received my long awaited package of 5 sets of wheels from Loompa Fingerboards today...BUT when customs checked the package they didn't reseal it...thus ALL the wheels except for one set have been lost during transit! What a load of fucking shit! I can see a CLEAR gaping blade mark where customs have open the package...no wonder it all got bloody lost...if you held the envelope sideways it would all fall out... SO pissed off about this...I am going to contact AUS post tomorrow and see if anything can be done...though I am somewhat doubtful... *Sorry for the rant post...but I am just dumbfounded by the whole thing. - Jono |

| Thanks for the sympathy guys Well, I am yet to speak to AUS post, but I got in contact with Loompa and they said they will do a 'buy one get one free' deal for me on my next purchase to help out a bit...which is pretty fucking good of them if you ask me, especially seeing as this issue has nothing to do with them. Well, fingers crossed I have better luck this time around - Jono |

Not sure if your joking or not This is a problem relating to an issue with AUS customs...not Loompa. I was actually surprised they where happy to help with this problem (as I didn't ask them to send out replacements, a refund or anything like that). Though I admit, I am having a pretty bad run with my wheel purchases as of late...lol. - Jono

- Jono Joking! Hope you didn't take it the wrong way Aus seems to be a pain to get anything shipped to unfortunately. Loompa seems to have handled it better than Joycult at least. |

| Ah, all cool man! SO many trolls these days it can get hard to tell sometimes, lol. Yeah dude, our customs laws are FUCKED...and shipping fees are CRAZY excessive! Its worse still if your posting from AUS to another country. So true dude...was just touching basis with them and they where like 'Its the least we can do. We want you to have your wheels'. Much respect Loompa - Jono |

| Quick update:
Went to my local post office today to lodge an official 'complaint'. I am told it can take up to 6-8 weeks to get a response/result (-which sucks)...but I am also told that ALL international packages (coming into Australia) damaged or lost are automatically insured for up to $100AUS...so fingers-crossed I can get some cash back from this fuck up...

| I feel for you bro. We all know how exited one gets when you know there is some nice fingerboard gear incoming. And your story pretty much sums up a worst case scenario...dang...such a shame! Glad to hear the 2nd package made it!! |

| I would take pictures (as it looks like you have done) and get a receipt from your purchase from Loompa. Then give all those documents to the PO and they should reimburse you (as you said up to $100AUD automatic insurance). I bet with that information they will refund you - that's complete BS! |
