1. How to get over these problems:
A. Over flipping
B. kind of a verial flip motion
C. under flipping

Should I give importance to the fingerboard positioning?

How much time should I give to practising per day to advance on the trick?

For landing a grind do I need first to get the trick down on flat?

Finger position is a weird one, sometimes it works for people but honestly you just eventually find what works best for yourself.

Just practise as much as you want, you'll eventually get there.

To land them into a grind you'll wanna be able to catch the flip consistently first. As it finishes the rotation work on bringing your fingers back onto it to land, rather than hoping to nail a perfect rotation to flat.
