| I got my Mitt metal wheels. They're wide as fuck. They also have a small back so they slide along the axle a lot and no matter how tight I screw in the nut, it won't secure the wheel. I've remedied this by using some NoCo micro washers on the China gold regulars but now I've made the whole thing even wider. The length between the edges of the wheels is 28mm whereas the TD I'm putting them should be 25mm. Fortunately, this wont be for seshing. Nice one Danny for suggesting these wheels, they aren't exactly the same colour as my trucks but they look good enough. They also roll a lot smoother than I thought they'd be after seeing the comments about them. I can't wait to set it up with my gold TD. It will probably take another couple of weeks to get here though. :/
I've now also ordered one of those G1 Tech Deck Wooden Competition Series boards. Apparently they're different to the Wooden Collector Series and I like to collect different TD shapes/molds of decks. |
