roughly, of course. And yea, its preference. I personally think brr trucks are tops, but ys arent bad by any means! if you want ys loose, get rid of the washers. if you want brrs loose, get tkys. |

| Go with BRR's. My TD trucks performed better trick-wise than my y's. It seems as if the y-truck's enter of gravity is so far away from the deck, that it is hard to flip it. |

| THey are both professional trucks, but if something goes wrong with your Ytrucks, you have to buy a whole other pair of them. If something goes wrong with your BRT's you can buy seperate replacment parts, that why i love BRT's. Ytrucks are still good though, its up too you man! |

| Lol, that table. I'm surprised it's getting put into use still. If you do copy it, a good tip is to quote the post so then it's not just an image but the actual table. I would like to make a few changes to that table too. The Expert Sk8 trucks have conical washers, come with soft and hard bushings; the "adjustable kingpin" seems to just be some fancy advertising, it's completely normal; finally, the guesses on the screws and nuts material were right. Obviously, I still don't know the price. Plus, most wheels won't be compatible with them. I was also tempted to put in Ytrucks X1/X2, BRT 1.0/2.0 wide, Close Up G1/2/3, China regulars and X-Concepts 33mm longboard trucks in the table but it would be too big. As for my preferences between BRTs and Ys, I prefer Ytrucks X3. It's slightly cheaper, has a really nice inverted kingpin and nice bushings for nice turning and looks pretty awesome. - micronabk wrote:

Sure, I've heard of lots of problems with BRTs. I just fucked up the axle on one of mine too. I've not had any problems with my Ytrucks though so this point really isn't a big one. |

| Once again.
It's all personal preference.
I have Ys and they're smooth like butter but I have yet to try any BRTs.
I'm pretty sure they are both solid choices so just decide on one, throw em on a set up, have fun. |

| Whatever you think looks best, in my opinion there is no difference between wides and brt's/y's. |

| I would like y's but they have the y sort of engraved in the truck. I'd rather it be flush looking. |

| I have Y's. They are cheaper than BRT's, and look better in my opinion. I ride them on the tighter side so I had to add another o-ring. Even if you crank the kingpin down, hey are still pretty loose (mine were at least)
I've used Brt's, they seem I tad bit heavier to me. I dont like the look of them too much either.
Get yourself a set, but personally, I think that I'm just going to buy locking nuts and put them on td trucks. I really dont see that much of a difference between the 2 performance wise, besides the wheels not falling off, haha.
