| Are they really worth the 70 bucks or is it just the hype of these trucks? I have the money to buy them but Im not sure if it would be worth it. Opinions? |

| Technically any good tuned trucks will do their job. But ytrucks do look tempting. |

| I have both, Personally i love both trucks, i would recomend either truck, Both have a different feel to them and it's all on preference, i feel that brr's are excellent for loose trucks compaired to y trucks feel a little more tight. Well worth $70 for brt's and well worth the price of y trucks. Just y trucks are harder to get because they run out of stock so quickly. If you have the money get both trucks, if not i suggest Y trucks because they go out of stock so quickly and if you don't like them you can easily trade for BRT's.. |

Ha. I'm opposite to you, I have the original bushings for both Ytrucks and BRTs but my Ytrucks are loose and the BRTs are tight. I should add that I don't think BRTs/Ytrucks are really that much better than normal tuned wides for the amount of extra money. They do look very nice and as with a lot of professional fingerboard products, I'd say you should buy them if you are really committed to fingerboarding and want to invest in a good product. Some things might be as expensive as the skateboard counterparts but what you want to think about is that these products generally will last you longer than skateboard products do. I would also advise looking for some second hand ones if possible. Most people selling them seem to have them in pretty decent condition for a very good price, sometimes half of what they are new. |

| Honestly, BRR trucks are beyond worth the money. BRRs + TKY bushings (I know its another 5 euros but they're worth it) is this perfect harmony of awesomeness, and its just the most amazing loose truck that also has soo much pop from it being loose.. I could never ride loose wides, they'd just wobble and I'd not have a nice amount of pop from them unless you're perfectly centred. Which is also a lot harder to do on wides.
Sure, they're cheap, but BRRs (and Ys too, I hear they're great for slightly less loose trucks.. and the black yellow colourway is lush) are beyond worth the money. I want a third set to review decks with because I feel I cant give a decent review with trucks that make riding the deck horrible. I mean, if I'd never had BRRs I could live without them, but its hard to go back and use a deck as well imo. |

| Y-trucks are actually awful for really loose like me (lulz) I really don't think they are worth the money but they do help with some tricks like nollie heels imo. If you want to spend this much on a fingerboard item it's your own choice I don't see why people don't use the question section because there was a similar question in there that had been asked/answered |

| I can't really comment on BRR's, but I have a set of Ytrucks X2. They are very good, but I personally don't think that they're worth 10x as much as TD wides.
That being said, they're amazing trucks. I've never really ridden my trucks stupid loose like what seems to be the trend now, so being able to loosen them that much isn't really an issue. I ride them medium loose, same as I ride my TD trucks, and in that sense, they perform better than TD's, because they seem to "snap" back into place better. From using other people's BRR's, I think the same is true. This definitely does allow for more pop with loose trucks, like Kerry said.
If you want them, buy them. They are better than TD wides, but I would try to get them used if possible. I think they're more on point with the price that way.
