Ah yeah. Sorry about that. I pretty much showed up to CS3 and I literally knew no one from the scene at all. I kind of knew of Kerry and Ross from Unite and Blosom but yeah, it was a bit of a gamble going to CS3 but it wasn't too far from where I lived. Now I am a bit more familiar with the scene and should be able to recognise a few people. At least people should be able to recognise the Chinese guy as me. Anyway yeah, please do say hi if you see me. As you might know, I still don't have a HD camera but I will be bringing my camcorder down anyway and hopefully do some games of SKATE since it's not on the proper schedule. MAYBE I WILL EVEN HAVE THE CHANCE TO TOUCH RORY'S HAIR OMFGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. |

Rendezvous Huck Jam Homewood Meetup Plus tons of smaller 10-15ish people meetups held around the nation. Look on FFI, you don't have to be a member to see the event page. Lots of meetups. |

The scale of Rendezvous is huge though. Although I appreciate the efforts to make UK events, it would be awesome if we had some that big. I know it's a much smaller country here though. |

WTF. Coming from a scene as huge and amazing as america, you want the UK because we have maybe two small events a year with like 30 people? Yea, way better than rendevous. Its not like most of us here don't have to travel MILES to get to the big events, I had an 8 hour journey to get to cyclone in february. Dont get me wrong, events here are awesome and I love them, I'd travel soo much further to them if I had to, just saying, suggesting we have a more active scene than the US is stupid. ANYWAY.. STOKED, THIS IS TOMORROW |

| It is just that there is only one event close to me the rest are like 16 hours+ from me so I would rather not spend that much time just to fingerboard... I only do that kind of thing for snowboarding.... |

| Yeah, Kerry and others are really making an effort to get to events around this country and also in Europe. Not to mention the Kerry-vous that just happened. |

| It is a tad harder in the US due to such a large country land-wise and we dont have a train system like the UK and most of Europe. But you just need to try to organise a meetup with other fingerboarders up there. The northeast probably has the best scene in the whole US |
