I had originally bought a gen4 complete set. One of the urethane wheels didn't properly fit on the truck (it didn't spin at all, so I was basically scrapping one side of the wheels while riding). I contacted them and right away they shipped a brand new pair of wheels and trucks for me.

Since then however, the wheels seems to be spinning haha. So I'll have 2 sets of each that are very functional! I'm guessing they did it because of the mass production of their products.

I mean its pretty shady that I did that, considering the whees is fine now, but that was after I had contacted them. Oh well! Great service!
