I like hardcore.. like, have heart, champion, minor threat, etc.. But I much prefer emo, i.e. proper 90s emo hardcore stuff, like suis la lune, saetia, pianos become the teeth, funeral diner, etc

a bloke from plymouth and my dad inspired me to like hardcore stuff like bold, but straight edge is still cool i guess. and kerry, is there a thing of people from plymouth going to live in bristol?

I listen to a lot of hardcore/metalcore. I listen to Job For A Cowboy, Texas in July, The Blood Brothers, Neon Blonde, Miss May I and Bring Me The Horizon, just to name a few off the top of my head.

Pure metal all the way! I really like Pantera, Children of Bodom, Sepultura, D.R.I., Cradle of filth, Megadeth, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Testament, Anthrax etc.. It's nice to know that you guys also love metal genre. \,,/

that's a mix of deathcore and post hardcore. not really hardcore, I guess perhaps a teeny bit metalcore, but way more deathcore for stuff like bmth. Job for a cowboy are almost grindcore, or what I've heard of them is.

Ok.. I'm bored, and i like music, so i'll just post some recommendations.. A lot of them might not be "real" hardcore or metalcore, but if you are into these genres then they are surely worth giving a listen.

MaxL i have seen nearly all of those bands live now, haha i used to listen to them a lot. But now I'm more into The Acacia Strain, and Demolisher look em up they are fucking sick.
