also I know fss hasnt technically done anything wrong, but i just feel like he is someone who cares more about fingerboard products than actual fingerboarding. a large portion of his videos are him talking about new products or some new sticker he made in Ms paint. compare him to people like HannesHay who's channel is made up of montages of going out with friends and having a good time fingerboarding.

Regarding the actual topic, I bought a complete from them and the deck has pretty good pop and the shape is nice if you like medium or higher kicks. The concave is medium to deep. The only negative thing about the deck is that it was a tiny bit warped. The wheels roll really nice but they don't grip at all and seem kinda cheap. The trucks are average but don't come with tuning which kind of sucked. The tape was definitely the best out of everything.

ive heard from many people know that their tape is good. if they werent a china company i would try it out.

max, like, you want to keep the spam a bit down and do your job when a post isn't in off topics? this is a chill place but a lot of the stuff here crosses the line.

My take on this - sid is nice, chill guy. he clearly just disagrees with us all on china products and he's entitled to his own opinion, its just unfortunate in this situation as hes famous and so people listen to him. and to his reply on youtube, he actually summed it up perfectly. Want to try fingerboarding without spending much money? buy a TECH DECK. mass produced shit that damages the scene imo should not be promoted, but clearly he disagrees. as I said, he's welcome too, its just a shame. fingerboarding isn't at the level yet where we can have companies like enuff and fracture in skateboarding, who sell low level but just useable products for beginners who don't want a £10 skateboard from sportsworld or w/e. we need more of a core support from everyone for the companies that push fingerboarding, then companies like 4c will be fine. Like, if people got 4c, and then went on to get other stuff, I'd be stoked, but a lot of them don't - and don't see the worth in any professional products. and that's the problem.
