| These where Kerry's words on the matter: "I think you should open the topic, make it not just about james, but ask if others agree there has been some unfair treatment, perhaps using james as an example. Mention our discussion of you opening the topic.."
What you read above should sum everything up for you guys. This isn't ment to spit in the mods/admins face, as Kerry and I spoke about this.
Also, if you vote in the poll, feel free to say why you chose what you chose, if you prefer to stay anon, that's perfectly fine.
No flaming, and no complaining please.

| Yes. The 2 day ban which you received was fair. I got a 12 day ban for posting porn in chat, and I was close (still am) to a perma. I think, if anything they should be more crucial with banning.

But how many times have you been banned before? |

Kerry has a soft spot for you because he knows you in real life, and thinks you're a nice kid IRL. Otherwise you'd probably be gone. Either way, back on topic: Guys feel free to leave your reasoning for picking what you picked.

| Voted YES.
I don't really have a problem with anyone on here, so there is no one that i would want banned. And i am pretty sure that the mods here only ban when they feel they have to.
I think its fair that James is getting more chances than a stranger because he knows Kerry, and as his rank says is part of the furniture here on FBHQ. |

| Don't do this again Tyler, We don't have a strict type for perma bans. we perma ban when we see fit.
James isn't perma banned yet, because he's a nice kid. His bans are usually for just being silly. |

| I think it's fair; If you harass a member, you get a 1 or 2 day ban depending on if you've gotten warned. If you bad mouth an admin you get a 4-7 day ban depending on if you've gotten warned. so on and so forth. |

| I said yes because as Banlyst said, I don't have a problem on here and I try not to break the rules so it is enjoyable for me and others on here. I mean, if you break the rules and it states that you will get a ban, then I say it is fair. |

| Considering the fact that there are only a handful of staff on these forums compared to the 800 + members, I would say any ban is fair as the staff have most likely been trained for a long time. Think about it; 1 mod has to cover over 150 users. Knowing that if a mod notices you in particular doing something wrong; you're doing something wrong.
Sorry bud, it really is as simple as that :/ |

Sorry bud, it really is as simple as that :/ There aren't 800+ current users. There's no more then 120 active users that come on daily. We also are talking about how bans are sometimes not given to people who might deserve them, not just that the bans they are giving are fair. |

| This isn't about my ban this is about how bans on here work in general. What Kerry emailed me: "I think you should open the topic, make it not just about james, but ask if others agree there has been some unfair treatment, perhaps using james as an example. Mention our discussion of you opening the topic, and I will not let anyone bandwagon against you."I'm not on here to rant about my ban. My ban is perfectly fair. I stepped out of line, I got banned. Thanks for the tissue box banlyst, I'm pretty sick at the moment |

Really? That's interesting because it says there are 906 registered members. And I wan't to know where you pulled out that 120 active users crap. And from my brief stay on these forums, I've noticed that noone that hasn't deserved a ban being banned and the only two people that deserved bans, IMO, got them. Now i'm not trying to start anything but I think it's immature to start a thread because you got banned and YOU feel its unfair. Once again this is just my opnion |

Once again this is just my opnion Read the comment above, this isn't about my ban. It's about people who should be banned not getting a ban. Also, I was only guessing, there probably isn't more then about 50 active people daily, and I'm pretty sure that you can check that by hitting home, then going to the bottom, it will show how many active usered since on during the day. |

Me and Kerry do have a personal relationship. But that doesn't pardon him from banning me, Im not above anyone else? So why should I be treated differently? Kerry will ban me if I step out of line, just like anyone else.
Kerry <3 Words from Kerry to me: "I'm just saying its more difficult to permaban someone when you know how nice they are in person, because then you genuinely feel bad about it." - SovietRussiaSam wrote:

If look closely the most people ever online and active was 100, and half of those could have been guest, who can't post and admins/ mods don't need to monitor. |

Once again, that is completely irrelevant. All that means is that there were 100 users on simultaneously at some point in this forum's history. The fact stands that on a daily basis 50 - 100 DIFFERENT members will visit this forum while the SAME 20-50 active members will go on the forums daily. This topic has gotten completely out of hand so i'm finishing knowing that i'm right. If you wish to continue, please feel free to PM me. |

This is some what the point I'm trying to get to. Do you guys think that's fair? This is only an example, and I'm not ripping on Kerry, I understand where he is coming from, but do you think it's fair? Because Kerry is friends with him, he hasn't perma banned him, he has given him another warning with the promise to perma if he steps out of line again. Mind you, if this was you, do you think Kerry would do that? Again, this isn't ripping at Kerry. - SovietRussiaSam wrote:

The point is, there is was only 100 active users on at one time, half of which could have been kids lurking, and not posting. Also, why does it matter if there are different users on daily the comments of about 1-50 kids are still being looked at by the 5-6 guys running the forum. It really doesn't matter who it is that's posting, it matters what they are posting to them.
