With backless wheels you don't need washers because the bearing itseft will touch the hanger. With non backless a bit of material is between the bearing and hanger. So you would need washers to prevent wear.
As far as I know the only backless wheels are dual bearings. Also with backless there is far less friction because of the metal on metal so they spin quicker.
That's is about the best explanation I've got.

Depends where it is from.. there are a few websites you can use. Royal Mail, and USPS. just type them both into Google and at tracking on the end. Should come up.

This isn't really the place for this question but I don't want to make a thread for it

Is there anyone with a park drawn in sketch-up (or willing to design one) who wont mind if I make their park. I really want to start on a park but don't have any ideas.
PM please btw.

The type of wheel (g5, g6, g7 etc.) names the shape, and bearing placement. The letter's aren't just to indicate color, but also the different materials which change the feel of the wheels.

when im using single bearing wheels on shaped wides, the bearings sort of move around in the wheels... this only just started happening since ive always used dual bearing wheels. i have to pull out on the wheels to make the bearings pop back into place. happening on my nollie runabouts and FF G6a's
