really have no idea what you're on about, despite reading many times and trying to work out what you mean.. Pics to help explain? maybe draw a diagram in paint or something?
Edit: also, moved

fakie kickflip?
make sure you get the nose end tweaked right down after the pop of the ollie......the same with most fakie flips etc.....practice fakie ollies on your dock, but try getting them real high and tweaked......once your consistent with those, flips will follow.
edit....thats if it is a fakie flip which i think it is
fakie = backwards
try fakie tre's on their (backwards 360 kickflip) ...they are surprisingly easier than forward ones....
edit....another one.......watching your video back it looks like your turning your hand round so the board flips 180. keeping your hand straight would help......unless you want to flip 180 and turn your hand round with it then you have a halfcab flip, but thats a whole other can of worms.....im sure by the end of the day youll have them.

I THINK I get what you mean, you want to flip a nice fakie flip and land back on the kicker ramp, rather than the flat? or you want to make it go to the top bit..?
I'm not entirely sure.. First and REALLY important tip though.. WAIT. Pop, then give it time to be popped and THEN flip. It stops fakie tricks going like, the length of a desk away from you and such, and allows you to control the flip
Hope that helps, if you can describe in words a bit more then hopefully I'll be able to help more
