Substance makes the most insane wheels ever! But as i said to the guy that liked china wheels, if you can't feel the difference between a Substance wheel and a Flatface wheel, then Substance are not for you. |

| Nollie wheels are amazing. Kind of...
As far as wheels go, they hit the nail on the head. Ive had 3 different sets of nollie wheels, 2 sets of new classics, and a set of runabouts. The new classics have to be some of the best non bearings out there. And runabouts are amazing dual bearings. They're cheap, and they still maintain a very high standard of production.
The company's past however, is a wee bit shady... |
