| I know this should probably be in Quick Questions just I think it is too big of a question for Quick Questions.
Basically I am looking for a glue to make decks with, the glue I have now is okay just the decks don't get as rock solid as I would like. By now I have spent roughly around 40 USD on trying to find a good glue and they have all back fired....
Please Help... |

| Well I really don't see anyone just giving the brand of their glue to you Caspar. I think that's a bit much to ask. Any wood glue should do the trick. |

| Caspar.. Use a woodglue. Keep in mind that waterbased glues might need longer cure time that the botlle says, cus there isn't much space for the water to get out.
You could check out some poly urethane glue if you want something not waterbased. |

you have overlooked this casper.....honestly i think its the best advice here for you. research is key. all the new comers into deck making want everything given to them on a plate. i have given it to you on a plate. deck perfection takes trail error time and experience. you cannot rush those things. you could send me your glue and i could use it and i would get a deck as solid as any other deck. why? because i know how to use it. know your tools. know your game. research, practice determination. |

| I use elmers outdoor carpenter glue. Outdoor holds stronger cause its more water resistant. Just make sure not to put to much glue otherwise the decks dont have enough pop. Thin layer between each ply. |

know your tools. know your game. research, practice determination. Well not always, depends partially on the glue. Sometimes certain glue doesnt always dry too great and also yes depends on experience because the amount of glue effects the outcome of the pop. More glue, less pop, less and more even layer of glue= more pop! |

| Thank you for all the input, it may just be me but honestly I don't think so, my glue makes my decks come out like super soggy. THis one past deck I made came out soggy and I let it be in the mold for a week whilst I was away then it cured outside the mold now for a week and its still soggy |
