The typeface is a breath of fresh air after staring at the same one for 2 years! I'd work on the logo, it looks a bit choppy at the moment (i'm sure i've seen something similar elsewhere too)

This is on the YW GOS weekend which i may be going to, so i don't know if i'll be able to go to this just yet. Will know for sure in 2 weeks.

What confirmed parks will be there?

that's work in progress for now, but hopefully at least 4-5 parks

How big is the venue?

110 square metres, it's a really nice size.

What is a rough planned timetable of events? And what are the prizes?

event is 10:30-6:30, the championship will most likely start at 1pm but this isn't concrete yet.

Will there be product tosses?

yes

Are there going to be midget tables?

yes, tables and chairs will be set up around the outside of the room, with parks in the middle

Will there be chairs?

yes

Are you bringing stock to sell at the event? Or possibly deliver orders?

delivery of orders is definitely a possibility, selling stuff I don't think I'll have the staff to manage unfortunately.

Are you going to have a trophy (or trophies)?

yes. one, for the winner.

Do you want my help to set up?

probably

How will events be judged?

the only event will be the championship, in a similar format to FF15/ASI/etc. there will be a few judges who will judge on style and also trick difficulty and technical skill, as well as consistency.

Will registration prior to the event be required?

nope.

Is it easy to access via public transport?

it's right in the centre of Bristol, 2 minutes walk (literally) from the bus station and very easy access by train from the train station, maybe 15 minutes walk or an extremely quick bus ride.

Are there places to purchase food and drink nearby?

there's a tesco about 1 minute from it, and gregs across the road, as well as tons of restaurants (from mc donalds to posh things) and food places as it's literally in the centre of Bristol's shopping area.

Are you going to wear your green unite shirt?

probably not.

Are you planning to make this a yearly event?

definitely.

Are you hosting other events?

we'll see!

Are you in the process of confirming sponsors?

yes.

There's no doubt that I'll be making this!

Also Kerry, I'm worried that you may end up getting too many prizes and what not for the amount of people that turn up in the end, like no matter how hard event organisers try it is not likely that the whole UK scene will turn up to the first event, for example Littlewheels 1 had way less people than Littlewheels 3, the same as the Rendezvous events and so on...This is because no matter how good this looks, there will always be people who will just sit back and wait for the next one after they've seen how good the first was in a wave of youtube videos, so try not to over prepare and expect the hugest of turn outs basically. You know where I'm coming from?

and rafi I totally get where you're coming from, but in my books the attitude of not trying as hard as you can because it might not be as successful as the 2nd one is silly. Like I totally get your point and I appreciate you're saying it in a way looking out for a friend and thanks for that, genuinely. But I'm going to try 110% anyway, because I'll really hate myself if I don't make this as rad as it can be. if people don't come til number 2, then at least who turn up will enjoy a lot of fun

arcodarco train prices and tickets change all the time, and the trainline uses sessions which time out so those don't work - but I'm pretty sure more people know where to get train times and I have a link to thetrainline on the crossed fingers site. but thanks anyway, see you there!
