| Has anyone in the US ordered directly from substance?? I ordered 2 sets of wheels over 2 weeks ago and still nothin...I sent him an email on sunday asking him the status of my order, and still haven't received a reply...Same with brr...sent them a question about getting new baseplates and pivot plates for my most used set of trucks and haven't gotten anything back from them either. What is it with these companies selling awesome stuff, but they seem to have shitty customer service!?!?! |

And brr get hundreds of emails a day. I don't think they sell parts seperately for trucks like that..

I guess being a small company is good sometimes. I emailed Flatface on the weekend, and still no reply. Actually it was Friday...
But I know from expirence that getting tons of emails a day is not easy. |
