Found this on my phone earlier whilst watching some Fast Fingers 15 footage. I watched all 5 parts and it's a pretty detailed tutorial on how to make a fingerboard and he gives you three different ways to cut and sand the boards down to size!
The video is 5 parts and is quite long, each part is about 10 minutes but it is pretty detailed.
