| Hi, I want to try some new tape. I've heard good things about Ace Tape, but just wondering what you guys like, tapewise. I am a diehard RIPTAPE fan, using it from my first deck, to my main setup now. But if you guys have magically found some awesome tape from somewhere, let me know!  (I have 10 sheets of Lowpro tape in the maaail!) |

I've tried a few tapes (acetape not included though) and Lowpro is probably my favourite, its just a really nice smooth yet grippy tape  |

| ace v2 and propaganda tape hold an equal favourite for me. both amazing. if you're more into classic rip I'd recommend ace v2 as it's more similar to it than propaganda. you can check in depth reviews of both of them in the review archive on unitefingerboarding |

| Anyway, I love riptape slim and catchy. I also used the normal rip, and loved that. They were both grippy, but normal rip is very porous, and doesn'tr grip very much, but the new version does. I really only order rip for the tuning I was lent a board that had FBS on it, and it felt really nice, grippy, and smooth, and the precut is really nice, because it fits BW wides(?) perefectly. I haven't tried LowPro or china, but I don't think I will, just because I found a tape that works for me, and if it ain't broke don't fix it. Although propoganda tape looks very nice, as does ace tape V2. All in all, it's personal preference on this one |
