Okay guys I have a few questions about these wheels.

What is the whole point to have them durometer? What does it accomplish by having two different colors or materials?

Can these be used with normal techdeck trucks?

Are these single bearing or dual bearing and what is the difference?

And what the hell they cost like $50?!?!? Dude, come one.

A unique mix of hardnesses of wheel types (and colours) for something that has a really interesting feel whilst looking rad. Like the white blue ones are slightly softer than the standard white ones whilst not being as soft as the blue ones. Get it?

they should work on tech deck trucks/china wides/etc as well as BRTs/Ys/Woodywoods

Single bearing. Dual bearing obviously has two bearings rather than one - dual bearings don't work on all trucks as well because they're wider, but the bearings are placed in the wheel like in a skateboard, with material in the middle to keep the wheel locked in. In terms of performance there's very little difference I find, not for general riding/fingerboarding.

45 dollars, only 10 dollars more for the crazy extra difficulty that goes into making these? I think it's worth it - however if you don't want to spend that much money on wheels get some cheaper standard ones instead. I don't think you can go wrong with any Flatface wheels

Simon couldn't get the design to work properly, the bearings kept slipping iirc :/

I saw a video on youtube showing how someone made some fb wheels with a lathe. Is that how they make these durometer wheels?

And then how do they glue them together?

Does Mike make most of his products by hand? Does he get his dad to help out making fb stuff?

Mike gets the wheels machined by a machinist I believe.

as ryan said, he gets a local machinistto make these. they're lathed soo precisely that each part fits together perfectly. 10000% designed by mike.
