right ive been fingerboarding for about 2 weeks now, i can ollie solidly with ease, i can fs pop shiv, fs 360 pop shuv, fs big spin and varial heel but cant kickflip...
i can even nollie flip on flat ground even out of grinds. ive seen trick tip videos and ive heard 2 things using your front finger only, or using your hand in a jerking motion and advice?

what do you mean peal your hand back?

Ben. What I mean by that, is you kinda use your wrist to move your hand towards you. If that makes any sense haha.

You have been finger boarding for 2 weeks and you can already do all of these tricks? Thats amazing. But as far as kickflips go, it just took time. I was using the "how to ollie" technique where you use the side of your leg for leverage for your ollie)and just kind of flicked my fingers and finally they came.

When doing an ollie try moving your index more. That's how I did mine.

when i learned kickflips i didn't do it by flicking my finger as i found that hard. I kept my front finger close to the front bolts and popped faster and move my hand up and as the board came up, it would hit my front finger and flip around. anyways, hope that helped!

do your ollie, but instead of sliding your front finger straight towards the nose, slide it off the side of the deck. for now when you try, do an ollie but dont just slide forward slide the finger towards the edge then when you reach your highest finish sliding the finger off the deck and attempt to flick the front towards the ground. this will for sure get it flipping, then you have to work out the details and style for the rest of your life.

Push your whole hand to left and also just move your finger a little left and release while your hand is still going left

This! When I started the whole flick your finger thing never really did it for me but if you focus on curling your finger and pulling your hand back you should get it eventually.

This is a good method. I used this to learn my kickflips and nollie kickflips. It is very useful.

Try do to a ollie north and you'll end up doing a kickflip, then you just have to get use to it. That's how i learned them!

if you really cant get it i just literally push my first finger down on the edge of the board to push the flip out

I put my front finger a little bit behind the bolts and close to the deck's edge and i flick out/down.
