Ok, so I got this deck from Dvitale on FFI for $12 with free shipping.
Shipping:
The shipping took about a month and a few days which you can expect from the US sometimes.
Came in a bubble mailer, inside there was a nicely packaged deck. 5/10
About the deck:
The deck has a blue wild-wood bottom ply which is really nice quite well lacquered but not amazingly but definitely enough. The deck has a medium shape:

Craftsmanship:
The deck is really well made, it has a ton of pop and pretty good laquer, the plies are really good too
The problems are:
1. The rounding on the tail is a bit off but it's no biggie
2. The holes are a tad off and they were a bit small.
3. The sides of the deck aren't rounded.

Amazing 10/10
Overall:
It's a really great deck and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who has a smaller budget
It has a ton of pop and a great performance gets your tricks more consistent.
