no sealer is applied because some want and some dont you can add it but not take it off. also sealer makes it look more plastic like you loose the look and feel of concrete. i strive to make the most realistic concrete obstacles on the market. after use you start to see patterns, wheel marks, spots that have been used like real skate spots.
