| The yellow Oaks are a different tint to that used in the deck graphic... We went with pink Oaks in the end for mucho feeling/colorway pop... And they're awesome btw, strongly recommended! |

I'm thinking Oaks for wheels, but I'm not sure where I should go on trucks. Any advice? To make it simple. You have two choices, BRTs or Ytrucks. BRT's - Only fit single bearing wheels, Oaks work great. - Limited colourways. Ytrucks - Fit all wheels, but needs washers for singlebearings to have absolutely no wobble. Not a problem though. - Loads of colourways. - Lighter. - Better locknuts IMO. Maybe some people can add something about bushings, cause i dont really care a lot about those. My BRTs seem more responsive than my Ytrucks, but i'm not sure. |

| Love my Oaks, but only have China crap to compare them to, same with trucks, I have BRT's but I just ordered some Y Trucks as well to see how they are.
Really need to know whether the Y Wheels are decent or if I should spend a bit more on the FF dual bearing wheels.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. since putting Trents bushings on the feel of the deck is awesome, quality bushings I must say, but I did manage to work away fine just with the stock BRT bushings.
I also ordered a set of his Y Trucks bushings as well off TNP, hoping they arrive tomorrow. |

| Guys, quick question about Y Trucks, I just put my set on my YW, they're brand new, and when I started putting wheels on and tightening them, little pieces of what I think is the stuff that makes it a locking nut popped out on every axle nut. See the small clear bit, well that's one of them, does that mean the locking nuts are no longer locking nuts, or is it just some excess material from when they were made? I've got a few sets of BRT's and they never did this. The nuts actually had a blob on the outer side of that stuff, so much that you couldn't see through the nut, then when I threaded them onto the axles that bits popped out. Anyone who's had a similar situation can you get back to me, I'm worried that the locking nuts are now non locking nuts. |

| Sorry, another question, has anyone here had experience with Hitch fingerboards?
I won one of their split plies off eBay for a good price to replace my Ambition because it's dead, but I haven't heard much about them.
I don't think they're China at all, guy seems legit but thought I'd check to see if anyone has one in their collection and how they find them.
Sorry for the double post folks. |

| Yeah I had a closer inspection with a small handheld microscope, and those bits were obviously just excess that was left during the manufacturing process, as I can still see the locking stuff on the top of the nut, it's clear whereas the stuff on BRT nuts is black. |

| I have a set of CNC wheels, and a pair of regular China bearing wheels, and I thought the CNC wheels were amazing, then I got some Oaks, now the CNC wheels feel terrible. :/
Mine weren't from BKF though. |

| Sorry to double post, but has anyone here got an Hitch fingerboard at all? Just that I seen a split ply by them on eBay so decided to bid on it, and won it for £7.50, if anyone uses/has one could you let me know what they're like, I'm not too fussed if they're rubbish as it's only cost£7.50, but it'd be nice to know if they were alright or not. Looked decent enough in the pic, but I can't tell if it's gonna be nice just from a couple pics. Edit Here's a pic of the grip that Trent sent me. |
