| nfb molds can make you a metal mold! also, i saw that the owner of wired ramps made a model like yours, used a 3d printer (which im assuming you have since you mentioned you can provide tose services) in order to make the bottom part of the mold. he later used it to make the top part out of bondo and then lastly used the top part to create the bottom part of the mold once again. i think it could work out if you did that |

| Well I have printed some mockups, but they're just that, mockups. Plastic is too brittle to be practical for these things. The bondo solution is tempting, but I really want something more professional. Jim is a cool guy, and his product is great, but I simply don't have 300 dollars lying around, and I need more customization than what he offers. |

| @knewc Oaks come with microwashers, but as Estefan noted you only really need to use them on tdlbs (hough I've found the conical washers that tdlbs come with to lead to a better fit). |

| you want mm? multiply by 25.4
1/4" = 6mm 5/16" = 8mm 3/8" = 10mm 1/2" = 13mm 5/8" = 16mm
These are rounded to the nearest whole number.

| There is no "best truck" as it is all down to preference and what you like. However the two leaders in professional trucks are Ytrucks and Blackriver trucks. |

| lol... they both have their ups and downs. really hard to say. Personally I feel that Ytrucks are more solid and trouble free. However, I really like the feeling of riding my BRT's.
I set up ytrucks and never need to touch them. When i set up BRT's i am constantly adjusting and tightening stuff. Having said that, I have never owned a new pair of brt, always bought used.
This question has been asked countless times, and it really all comes down to your own personal preference. |

| side note: try to edit your posts into one if you are posting back to back.
I never do. For Ytrucks, Dual bearing wheels are your best bet if you are looking for snug fitting wheels without any messin around. Dual Oaks, or Dual Ywheels run perfect on them.
As for the looseness (if that is a word) wheels dont affect the pivot motion of the trucks. Look into softer bushings (Witchcrafts, level up beta, chubz) if you are looking for loose trucks.

No. If you do some research you will find that Ytrucks are designed to fit dual bearing wheels. |
