| So I just got my first set of Brt's and so far I love them. After speaking to multiple people, many felt like it was a waste of money when they first got them. So I'm interested in your first impressions of BRT's and if it has changed since you first got them! |

| I never have and never will buy BRT's. Even if they are in someway better than TD trucks, they're just too expensive and I already have 34589953459278942309412350 sets of TD trucks, so yeah. |

| Tried them at IFC. I don't understand what's so good about them. As what Jess said TD/Chinas all the way. Decent tuning, a metal file and sandpaper, and some nail polish and you'll have a beast set of trucks that you won't even care that they'll break. |

| I never saw the need to upgrade trucks until when I decided to invest in a set of BRTs, and now I wouldn't use anything else. They make a big difference imo and even though they are quite pricey if you fb frequently you'll be glad you bought them. |

| ive got a few sets of BRTs an they are great but i prefer Y trucks since none of the base plates on any of my sets have stripped, they fit dual bearing wheels, they come in loads of colours, the axel doesnt spin and they are cheaper
i do think that BRTs have a nicer turning circle though an feel better to grind on
but yeah i never used TD or china trucks as soon as i got my pro trucks

| Brt's are nice but they break kinda easily ... Also , the costumer service could be REALLY better: I had my first set for about 1 week when the kingpin broke (obviously it was a problem of the production) , at first I got someone nice who sent me a baseplate after seeing the pics ... 5 months of use later ( I replaced brt for Ytrucks for a while ) the axel broke for no reason and they didn't replaced it because I had bought the trucks 1 year before... C'mon it wouldn't be that hard to replace the hanger !
I bought a 2nd setup and it's preety cool... I'm kinda waiting to see If it will break again . I feel safer with Ytrucks ... but the grind and weight ... it's different |

My personal favourite is BRTs but Ys are great also. it's all down to preference really and any set of trucks can have problems tbh but usually Blackriver and Yellowood are always there to help if there is anything wrong |

| I only like having one setup, so that means I'm willing to make that setup as good as it can be (even though my whole setup rn is used, used deck, used wheels, and used BRTs) I would never and will never buy BRTs new, I just can't bring myself to doing it... |

Pretty much my opinion on BRT in a nutshell. Tried Y Trucks, than brought a set of BRT wide's and have never looked back since. IMO they are WAY more responsive, light, and easier to lock into grind tricks and flip out of them. But yeah, they could be a bit cheaper... - Jono |
