| So what is everyone's general experience with ordering from Witchcraft/Brutal? Ordered a pair of bushings on March 26 and nothing has came. Inquired about the order both through e-mail and Instagram, still nothing.
Is it usually no correspondence and response? I'd be fine with a delayed shipment if I was filled in, but not really okay with being ignored. And I'm not trying to be that person, because he clearly makes amazing products and seems well respected, but I'm just a bit iffy on the handling of customer service.
When do you all think I should except to see the product arrive? Weeks? Months? The lifespan of a Galapagos tortoise? |

| Witchcraft is known for their delayed shipping, not because of USPS but because of Trent not sending out your products because you're not spending hundred dollars on custom decks that he makes and you're just spending a little under $10 with shipping, lol. I'd file a PayPal dispute for the order because eventually he will see this post, but I guarantee it'll be a couple months down the road. Same with Chubz Bushings, Justin who owns the company would come in and out with peoples orders, people have ordered months ago and I guess his drug addiction took over and he quit the company.
Best of luck with the order man! |

You'll get your stuff man, don't worry. He probably doesn't have time to respond to every message asking where their order is after 2 weeks of waiting. |

| Yeah, Brutal/Witchcraft shipping time sucks. But the dude is definitely not a scammer. Just keep sending him reminders, he'll get back to you eventually. Your products will eventually arrive too, it'll just take ages!
I can second the recommendation of Level Up's Beta Bushings, if you're looking for an alternative to witchcrafts that ships quicker. Personally I think witchcraft's are slightly harder wearing than beta bushings, but they are very similar in feel. |

| I ordered witchcrafts from flatface, which is always reliable. for future reference, if you're looking for some cheap but nice bushings I'd recommend the level up bushings. they're really good and like $4. |

| He's swamped with custom deck orders right now, and he has a personal life to attend to as well. You'll get your bushings sooner or later. I ordered some from him personally rather than through the site and he shipped them within a few days. |
