a tre plus an extra 180 board turn AND body turn = bigger flip. So in essence a 540 flip with a body varial is a bigger flip. In the same sense, 720 is biggest flip.
But as has been said, the best bigflips don't go tre + sexchange, its more like a bigspin in how it flows round. Okay, thanks for helping me get that straightened out. I always called it a bigflip, but I was also aware that a bigflip is usually done turning the same rotation that the board is. I never could get the one direction down when I was learning it skating, but the opposite direction came naturally. It looks odd and I never see very many people do it that way, but it's pretty much my favorite flip trick. Just needed some clarification. Thanks guys. |

| oh you're turning the OPPOSITE way? Thats not a bigflip, and thats not a body varial. opposite way turning body to turning board = sex change. that would be simply a tre sex change. I don't know if it has a name, maybe a 360 twisted flip? as a varial sex change is a twisted flip. |

I know, that's what I said when I posted the question. 360 flip (tre flip) with a sex change - Mattoxx_96 wrote:

so whats a tre with a fs 180 I thought that both would be considered a bigflip, but I didn't know for sure which is why I asked. xP |

| both are single axle both are purpose designed for fingerboarding brr have normal kingpins, ys have inverted brrs have purpose made bushings in shape and material, ys just got a nice material o ring. brrs have a purpose made in shape and material pivot piece, ys just use a nice material version of pivot cups that is slightly purpose made. brrs have their own speical wheels and are the best combination to truely allow the wheel to spin fully on the bearing, ys can use all wheels, but you're not getting as smooth a ride unless you use the very few centralised dual bearing wheels in existence, which are more expensive. Or oak wheels. both have locknuts as of x3 ytrucks, both are basically the same weight (old ys were heavier) as of brr 2.0s, both have no problems with baseplates its preference overall, but I think brrs turn nicer. just my preference though |

| BRRs + TKYs in my books are heaven for anything from medium loose to super loose, they survive fairly tightened and give you a really solid medium truck. Although I ride medium loose I had them medium at first and they were fine.
I know its 55 euros, but beyond worth it. |

| So TKY's is the key.. I can't ride super loose on my BRT's because the lock nut is already popping out on the hanger when I set it on loose. On Y's you can set it up as loose as you want because is has inverted kingpin and Y's has a different mounting screws which you'll need to have a specific allen key that's included when you buy one. 1 thing I don't like about Y's is that the axle screw is a lil bit long even if it has a lock nut and its kinda damaging my furnitures. On the other side, BRT's rad red has a poor paint job (unless if you get super silver). It's not glossy at all compared to the pics all over the web and it easily tears off, But it doesn't affect the performance. Which when wears off it looks like a real skateboard IMO. But the bottom line, both of them are great but for me, I have to agree with kerry BRT's has an edge because they require to have a specialized wheels for their trucks and it has an amazing feel when you ride. |

| So i'm getting a new board for christmas and my budget is the same as last year, €20 for 1 complete and €35 if i wanted 2 completes. I'm thinking about 4corners because I heard that they are good and cheap and if I buy 2, I get an extra deck. Do you have better ideas? I think that I maybe can trade this third deck for something new, or sell it, or keep it as an extra deck. I hope you can help me. |

im preferably waiting for Xi to give me a really good paragraph on the differences (if he has tried them both that is) Kerry's covered it pretty well but I actually prefer Ys than BRTs. The inverted kingpin is great as it's suitable for going really loose or really tight. The bushings that come with Ys are awesome as they allow turning and always snap back to the middle, the ones that come with BRTs are pretty hard. |

Do not buy 4c! Support proper fingerboarding, not asshole china companies just selling mass produced shit at a huge profit and not giving anything back to fingerboarding. 20 euros for a complete does limit you otherwise.. I'd maybe go for a redemption deck, wide trucks (available from many places), and stick with tech deck wheels or any other wheels you have. |

I understand the sentence, but wat do you mean with "not giving back anything"? I just want a cheap fingerboard and I allready have a redemption, but I had problems with their trucks :s |

| Dude every "true" company puts a majority of time and money they make back into fingerboarding, whether it be organazing super fun events or making new forms of products for everyone to enjoy! 4corner don't do that sadly, they buy everything on ebay and keep all their money and time for themselves, so it's really sad seeing such dedicated company owners losing so much sales because of these cheap, asshole companies! I'd buy a redemption or nocomply deck if you want to save a lot of money and also get some bearing wheels, but if I were you I'd splash out on an FL deck my sponsor so I'm pretty much obliged to do this, but seriously they're sooo worth it! just browse around some companies and see what you like best and if you want trucks really cheap, then you can get them from ebay for like 1 dollar, not contradicting myself with the whole china thing, but the trucks are just good for the price and cost next to nothing And Dom, don't buy the FBS bushings because like 90% of their customers have had them break, buy TKY's if you're going for blackrivers, but if I were you then I'd get Ytrucks! <3 |
