What is the nose and what is the tail? The nose on a normal skateboard is longer and usually a little wider than the tail. Hold the board out flat in front of you and it should be easy to tell. |

I know bout this shiz... You possibly pulled the joint in your knee. How? I do not know. Orrr, damaged tissue Possibly over exercising ( i doubt it )...... or have you started working out? Common to get soreness the day after the first time, this is called DOMS( Delayed onset muscle soreness. ) But could also be growing pains... when you grow at a rapid raye, your joints will hurt. Also, lack of blood circulation around the joints can lead to this. If it continues for a half a week, to 1 week max, see a doctor. Didn't wanna get into too much info, lets keep this thread fb related. |

I've skated for about 3years now and I've noticed I've been getting he same thing. Just my knees are constantly sore but I've started trying to stretch my knees now before I skate and it seems to help. Hopes this helps you |

| i remember when i was away on her majesty's pleasure and it was my first day in the gym.
this little lad challenged me to lift this weight up, and put it behind my head on top of my shoulders, then to do 20 squats with it.
i thought yeah fair enough challenge accepted.
i did the 20 squats. i wont say it was easy, but i managed them.
going back to my pad my legs ached. i went to sleep after participating in lasso lines and chasing beetles.
thew next morning i couldn't walk. and for the whole next week i was in agony.
moral of the story. dont accept challenges from cocky short people. and be good. |

| my advice.
work with Jim.
or you will get it wrong and it will be a waste of money
and you wont find a better service for cheaper.
you need angles/widths/length/wheelbase/concave/truck holes/etc etc......not show them a picture and hope for the best.
when working with Jim he will draw it out in software for you. then you make changes. |
