| China tape, it's so damn thin! Redwolf tape is the thinnest out there but it's like the thinnest craft foam you can get and the wear in period is horrible not to mention it comes off horribly. |

| Go for some TNP tape and then just put it in a vice for a minute, or even put some heavy stuff on it to make it slightly more thin. TNP tape is amazing. |

I like 50/50 kicks...I am genuinely surprised more people don't prefer this style...kind of annoys me having a 'designated' kick for nollie/switch and one for regular/fakie. I remember YEARS ago Shorty's made skateboard deck with even kicks (Siamese kicks?)...a few other companies still make decks that are like 45/55 kicks...but I have ridden a few brands (like Flip) where the nose was like 10-15% larger than the tail...really wasn't a nice shape, but it worked well for 360 flips for some reason  Oops...sorry...kind of got carried away walking down memory lane  - Jono |
