i made an order from their store and have been trying to email them
with no reply - maby they use a diffrent email or something now ??
but im missing an item from my order and need to resolve the issue
but to do that
i need to find a way to contact them...

anyone know who runs the creekwood site ?

yeah bro = i sent two emails there with no response to either yet.

I don't know what to tell you then... I emailed Miles a day or two ago about a deal and I literally got a response in a few minutes. Maybe I just got lucky..

Good luck Brian, I have had the exact same issue he only sent half my order and after tons of emails he said he would send my stuff that was a month ago. So I will be opening a case with ebay on the matter.he owes me two sets of trucks,bearing wheels,and one sheet of tape.I ordered it in january.

Ya it some bs keep checkin mailbox everyday like this is gonna be the day, Its funny you say your still rockin the cheap o bk ppls republic setup,cause I ordered a set of those trucks at the same time I ordered from upshitscreekwood and he sent a whole complete and tons of extras and stickers,I thought that was preety nice being I just ordered trucks, real nice guy even if some of his stuff is china BrokenKnuckle is legit with me,I need to get some of his actual customized trucks with the phillips head pin,but just got brr trucks so its gonna be hard to downgrade now that I experienced greatness,lol

Are you just being impatient. Thats why you're emailing him. Im still waiting on a order from 4 weeks ago. Don't think you're the only one.

In my case Peter I dont think I am being impatient I cant speak for others but The product I did recieve came very quick,and then when I contacted Miles about it ,well you know the rest Im still waiting and havent heard a thing for about a month now.In any case no one should have to wait months to get something they order, overseas orders dont take that long even in most cases.

i recieved a package from them that was missing some item from it. i paid in full for all my items with paypal - but just simply did not put all my items in the package that was sent.
if i dont hear from them in a few more days time i guess ill have to open a paypal dispute with it.

Exactly.. Just file a dispute. If you didn't get your item or your order is missing an item.. You will get your money.

You can either contact them via their YouTube by sending them a PM if they don't reply, try sending them an email... once again if they don't reply post a problem with your order on their Creekwood Fingerboards wall and he was on facebook on the 7th. But I really have to agree that Creekwood has gone downhill since people have been complaining about their orders and such. Creekwood used to be a good company but then something triggered it to be being bad. I absolutely don't like Creekwood because of the change. Miles used to be so much into the scene, now he barely pops his head in to it now. He doesn't take time for his company like he used to but it's up to him to do what he does. I hope you get your money back or your product that he forgot to put in the package.

I did mine through ebay and feel I have gave him plenty of time so I will be filing a dispute as well.
