| IMHO, I don't think so because you can get the same fun from fb with china wides though brts help make your setup look better and makes it much more enjoyable too. |

| I have never had Ytrucks or Blackriver trucks, but from everybody I have heard from, they are worth it. |

| China wides are great, and I've got a couple of set ups with them; however for a main setup, BRTs all the way (and I sat this having never tried X4s). Pro trucks have a certain feel you don't get from Chinas, and they look awesome. |

After riding Ytrucks a lot, i don't really get this feeling from BRTs either TBH. |

| In my opinion, trucks are one of the lowest of priorities on a setup after tape, deck, wheels and bushings. If you have already got some decent tape, deck and wheels, if you can afford the trucks and if you realistically see yourself using the trucks for quite some time, then buy the trucks. There's no point buying BRTs if you are not entirely sure you are into fingerboarding and end up quitting after having spent a lot of money on BRTs. Ytrucks are also a nice alternative. |

| I have a set of ytrucks, and I have to say they make a huge difference, but like Xi said, proffesional trucks should be of low priority.
Professional trucks make your grinds smooth as butter, your setup looks nicer, and they feel really good when you land a trick on them, because of the excellent pivot cups and bushings.

| I never knew how much difference these trucks would make and was a bit skeptical about the price. But after trying some at Crossed Fingers I was blown away, I picked some up and they've made a hell of a lot of difference, they just complete a set up, if you have the money i'd definitely go for it, but they're not essential.
And I've never really tried a pair of Y-Trucks properly so I can't compare the two haha |

| It depends on what you have, if you have bearing wheels trucks wouldnt be a bad idea allthough china trucks with no logo bushings are amazing and 1 5 of the price. but if you have no bearing wheels get bearing wheels they are gonna make a much bigger difference then trucks will though brts are good mine broke and I cant fix them. And like Xi said make sure youre more than just into fingerboarding before you splash out the cash on brts or y-trucks. My conclusion is that trucks should be low prority though if you have the money then by all means get them but i still think modified china trucks can also be really good. |

| Heeelllllll no. They're nice, but with proper shaping and tuning you can make china trucks feel just fine. Blackriver's are nice, but not $65 worth. |

| I sugest u get BRT's . it takes about 3 days to get used to brts . and after it all tricks will look 10 times better , and feeling is awsome .
but Dont forget to buy TKY bushings , becouse white (original) bushings on BRTs are Hard , and with tky ull get alot more performance , and itll make doing some harder tricks easyer .
BTW if u wont to save lil money try buying a set of brts from FBHQ trade/sale section , usualy ppl sell em for 30-40$ thats alot cheaper than to get new ones (becouse u have to pay for shipping) .. |

| honestly, china wides are great. they are probably the best trucks, because they can use any bushings. but if your getting tired of china wides (which you most always will) then definitely get some brts. Ive tried a lot of trucks, y's brt's and woodywood trucks, and in my opinion, brts are my favorite. but in the end it really all comes down to you |

| In my opinion, normal standard 29mm wides are good, but if you're going to spend more money on trucks, then go with whatever trucks look good, if you have a 32mm deck then get the 2.0 wides or Y trucks x4s. But more expensive trucks tend to have some problems, and then once you bought them you regret buying them because they break on you, if you have the experience fingerboarding then you should get more expensive trucks, that is all my opinion. |

just to make the case that I've had 6 sets of BRTs in my life and not a single problem with any of them. and I've thrashed some outside loads and they still don't die. I don't think it's 'luck' that makes me have 6 fully working sets. |

One set of 2.0s and one set of wides, nothing's ever gone wrong; all my lock nuts even still work. BRTs are easily fixed with the First Aid kits, and from what I've heard their customer service is pretty good so long as you have a genuine problem. |

| What fucks most pro trucks up is that the kids using them doesn't know how to screw a screw in without messing up the threads. |
